This usually happens in cases where

Your NEST trader is 64bit and Excel is 32bit or vice versa. Please make sure both are 64bit or 32bit in this case
Link to excel feature worked with Excel 2010. In normal cases, excel 2019 works with NEST if both are 64 Bit
